We Went Live!

I did one of the scariest things I have done this far in my space blogging adventures. I went live. A Space Story went live. And a lot of my space nerds went live with me. And I loved it so much! Talk about an adrenaline rush!

I have an Instagram page (@aspacestory go follow me) and I did a "Ask Me Anything" yesterday at 4:00 pm. I spent a lot of time planning out my intro and getting the lighting and sound perfect. And I talked for about 5 minutes before someone commented "hey.. uh... we can't hear anything." So after those embarrassingĀ  few minutes (seemed like light years, I swear) I got everything working again.

From there it was more than I could have dreamed of. I got to say some of my space ideas and those of you that joined me live were the perfect crowd. I had an amazing mix of questions from space policy to silly light hearted questions to questions about my dreams and future plans. I am going to be honest, I know I did a live video of myself... but I was not planning on admitting my big life dream to the world yesterday.

I posted the live video on my... drum roll please... new YouTube channel! I needed a place to put it so maybe we will be seeing more videos in the future...? It is A Space Story on YouTube and I added the link below. Sadly, you can't see the comments of my amazing support group, but I think I read most of the important comments out loud.

This was a short post but the content is in the video. I wasn't planning on talking for as long as I did but the enthusiasm from those watching and the great questions just made it so easy. I can't say this enough, my supporters should get a lot of credit. Thank you all so much. I hope to do some more live shows! Do you want more live shows? What topics do you want?

THANK YOU, SPACE NERDS!
